Nest is within easy walking distance of safe swimming beaches. The
wineries, restaurants, art galleries, surf beaches and other attractions
of the region are just minutes away. A beautiful 18-hole, all grass
greens golf course is a five-minute drive from the house, and visitors
are guaranteed to see kangaroos feeding on the grass at any time
of the day. Golf clubs can be hired.

Heating is by wood slow combustion stove with glass front, cooling
by overhead fans. Windows throughout are floor to ceiling, with
square cedar windows to the east offering views of the national
park behind the residence. A telephone is available for all incoming
and local calls.
The huge games room on the ground floor contains a quality pool
table with slate top, television/video and seating.
The laundry contains an automatic washing machine, clothes dryer,
ironing board and iron. A gas barbecue is provided.
Expansive
outdoor decks are protected by a laminated glass balustrade which
provides a safe and secure play area for small children. The sound
of the surf 600m distant is ever-present.
All bedrooms have views of the ocean. Three are equipped with queen-size
beds and the fourth has two pairs of double bunks. All have built-in
